Online Reservation Request

• Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled service. This will allow you ample time to check in, shower, use the steam or sauna, and relax for a few moments before your treatment.
• Please cancel or reschedule all Spa Appointments at least 4 hours prior to the start of service.  Otherwise, a 100% cancellation fee will be applied.
• Please bring your own fitness wear, including athletic shoes, if you would like to utilize the fitness center.
• We suggest that you leave valuables in your guest room safe.
• Lockers are available in both the men’s and women’s spas.  Robe, sandals and vanity amenities are provided.
• You will be asked to disrobe to your comfort level. Our trained therapists use professional draping techniques, ensuring discretion and comfort during your service.
• As a courtesy to others, please turn off or silence your cell phones while in the Spa.
• Men are advised to shave at least 4 hours before receiving facial treatments.
• Please remove all facial piercing before receiving facial treatments.
• Please do not shave prior to your body treatment experience.
  

A 20% service charge will be added to all spa treatments.
